Deposits are not mandatory, they are a way to reserve a puppy for purchase. No puppy is considered sold until a deposit has been made or payment is made in full. To reserve a puppy we require a $500 NON-refundable deposit that will be deducted from the total sales amount.
We will not hold a puppy until a purchase agreement has been made.
The deposit is a commitment to your puppy and the process. It should have been well thought out and talked about with your family and breeder before even accepting your deposit. Allergy testing and such...
Non refundable means just that. My time is not free.
Contracts will be filled out at the time of pick up.
Deposits are non-refundable. If you place your deposit on an upcoming litter and you do not find a puppy in that litter to your liking your deposit will be transferred to a future litter until you find a puppy of your liking.
We reserve the right of first pick of the litter on each litter born. All other puppies in the litter will be up for adoption in the order deposits are taken.
Early Deposits
An early deposit is a deposit placed on a puppy before they are born.
Here is how our early deposits work, Choose the color and gender of the puppy you wish to adopt. Once your deposit and signed agreement is received I will hold your spot and you will be able to choose your puppy in the order your deposit was received.
Accepted forms of payment
Deposits can be made by bank certified check, personal check, or cash (if in person). Your balance is due in full at the time of pick up. No puppy will be released if payment has not been made in full. If paying by a personal check payment must be made two weeks prior to pick up or shipping date to allow time for check to clear the bank. Cash or bank certified checks will be the only form of payment accepted on the day of pick up.
Note: No Personal Checks the day of pick up!
